Michael Bogatch, M.D., M.Sc., FAAOS, is a fellowship-trained and board-certified orthopedic surgeon who brings his years of orthopedic and sports medicine experience to northwest Arkansas.
With subspecialty fellowship training in orthopedic sports medicine, Dr. Bogatch treats trauma-related and sports-related injuries, offers shoulder and knee replacement procedures and accepts patients ages 15 and older.
He previously served as an assistant team physician for the San Francisco Giants, University of San Francisco, Santa Clara University, Foothills University and DeAnza College. He also was assistant physician at the San Jose Ballet and provided care at Tulane University and team coverage for the New Orleans Voodoo, Loyola University at New Orleans and several high schools throughout his career.
In 2009, Dr. Bogatch received the Guy A. Caldwell Award for Outstanding Performance in Clinic Orthopaedics from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.

John "Marcus" Heim, D.O., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist with more than 35 years of experience. He is affiliated with the Orthopedic Center at Northwest. He earned a medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an internship and residency at Des Peres Hospital (St. Lukes) in St. Louis, MO.
Dr. Heim sees patients of all ages, including children, with all types of orthopedic problems. He treats orthopedic issues throughout the body, including joint problems, fractures and osteoporosis as well as hand and foot surgery. He also performs significant Worker's Comp work, including impairment ratings.

Chad Jones III, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Northwest Physicians focused on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the bone, joint, ligaments, tendons and muscles. He treats patients of all ages.
Dr. Jones also has extensive knowledge in the care of complex spinal and cervical conditions, including both surgical and non-surgical options.
He earned his medical education at Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. After medical school, he completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas, and an orthopedic spine surgery fellowship at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.

With 25 years of experience, board-certified orthopedic surgeon Ron Schechter, M.D., FAAOS, offers a wide range of orthopedic services, including joint replacement for the knee, hip and shoulder, as well as sports medicine and trauma care. He treats patients of all ages and is passionate about helping patients get back to doing what they love.
Dr. Schechter offers a minimally-invasive, restorative hip replacement technique. The procedure avoids unnatural positioning of the hip during surgery, encourages soft tissue preservation and can result in shorter recovery times versus traditional approaches.
Dr. Schechter earned his medical education from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colo., and completed his internship and residency there as well. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
