    Dr. Cooper Beazley specializes in general orthopedics, sports medicine and joint replacement. Since 1986, Dr. Beazley has been the team physician for Austin Peay State University.

    Dr. Beazley received his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College in Memphis and is a 1977 graduate of the University of Tennessee Medical School. He completed a residency in orthopedics at Vanderbilt University and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons.

      Dr. William DeVries has been practicing in Clarksville since 1998. He devotes his practice to general orthopedic surgery, joint replacement and sports medicine.

      Dr. DeVries earned his degree in medicine at George Washington University in 1989 after receiving an undergraduate bachelor's degree from Drew University. He completed an internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in 1990 and a residency in orthopedics at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in 1996. He has been certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 1998.

        Dr. Kurtis Kowalski has been practicing in the Clarksville area since 2004, stationed at Fort Campbell, during which time he deployed to Afghanistan. After 13 years in the US Army, he came to Clarksville in May 2010. Dr. Kowalski's interests are in sports medicine, joint replacement, hip resurfacing and general orthopedic surgery.

        Dr. Kowalski graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1993 with a degree in chemical engineering and completed his Doctorate of Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1997. He completed a one-year internship in general surgery before spending two years as a flight surgeon stationed in Germany with the US Army. He completed his orthopedic surgical residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington, in 2004.

          Dr. Morris is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon that specializes in musculoskeletal trauma and joint replacement. Dr. Morris believes in a patient-centered approach to orthopedic care, with a focus on multimodal pain treatment, detailed orthopedic rehabilitation and complete medical care.

          A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Morris graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and attended Drexel University College of Medicine, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed a six year residency in orthopedic surgery and research at the University of Pennsylvania, and did an additional fellowship in orthopedic trauma at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

            Dr. Casey Sigerson is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon that specializes in hand and wrist surgery.

            Dr. Sigerson graduated from California State University and completed medical school at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Franciscan Health in Olympia Fields, IL, and his fellowship at Christine M. Kleinert Institute in Louisville, KY. During his fellowship, Dr. Sigerson had a sub-specialization in hand, wrist and microsurgical reconstruction.

            Dr. Sigerson treats all general orthopedic conditions, regularly performing joint arthroscopy, joint replacements, rotator cuff tear and facture care. His hand and wrist procedures performed include carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, ganglion cyst, arthritis of the thumb, hand and wrist, tennis elbow, upper extremity tumors and many more.

              Dr. Starkweather, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, has been practicing since 1991. A published author, Dr. Starkweather has written several peer-reviewed articles on bone and joint disease. He has held the positions of chief of surgery chief of staff - elect, chief of staff and chairman - board of trustees at Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville.

              Dr. Starkweather attended University of California at Riverside for his undergraduate degree, and then University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) for his graduate degree. He interned in general surgery at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, California, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at State University of New York (Health Sciences Center) in Stony Brook, New York.

                Dr. Lucas Teske is a fellowship-trained orthopedic sports medicine and shoulder reconstruction specialist. Dr. Teske has had experience serving as the team physician for the Colorado Rockies. He has served as team physician for Wake Forest, Winston-Salem State University, North Greenville University and multiple high schools.

                Dr. Teske is originally from North Dakota and is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Teske completed a fellowship in sports medicine and shoulder reconstruction at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas in Greenville, South Carolina.

                  Josh Thornhill, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant that works collaboratively with Dr. Beauchamp. He received his medical degree from Grand Valley State University Physician Assistant School located in Allendale, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate degree with honors in kinesiology at Michigan State University. Josh has been providing orthopedic care to the Middle Tennessee area for nearly a decade. He specializes in sports medicine, ultrasound evaluation and injections, regenerative cell therapy, and total joint replacement aftercare.

                  As a former professional football player in the NFL, Josh understands the needs of youth, high school and college athletes, as well as weekend warriors and professional competitors.
